Are you a true sales dealmaker with international ambition? Do you want to build and grow the German market while making a real impact in a fast-growing company?

At BAS World, we are looking for commercial talents focused on our German-speaking markets. From our headquarters in Veghel, you will take ownership of your market and drive growth.

At BAS, you operate in the international automotive sector with a clear commercial focus. Depending on your role and experience, you will either work within BAS World (trading trucks, trailers, and machinery) or within BAS Parts & Tyres (parts and tyres). In both cases, you are responsible for building your market, closing deals, and developing long-term customer relationships.

Important: you are based close to Veghel or willing to relocate.

Your responsibilities

  • Build and expand client relationships in the German market

  • Actively acquire new customers and grow existing accounts

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term partnerships

  • Identify market opportunities and act on them

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams

Job requirements

Your specifications

  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development;

  • Strong communication and commercial skills;

  • Fluent in German and English;

  • Dutch is a plus, but not required;

  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and proactive.
