Like BTS GmbH, BAS World is part of the BAS Group and specializes in the international buying and selling of used commercial vehicles, trucks, machinery, and transport solutions.

For our BAS World location in Dortmund, we are looking for a proactive Commercial Specialist Depot (m/f/d) at the earliest possible starting date. In this versatile position, you will be the point of contact for customers on-site and play an important role in the commercial process surrounding our vehicles. You will guide customers during their visit, support sales conversations, and actively think about additional services and commercial opportunities.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Supporting commercial processes such as customer appointments, preparing offers, and participating in sales discussions

  • Actively identifying and pursuing additional sales opportunities and complementary services, such as vehicle trade-ins or other services

  • Professionally preparing vehicle deliveries to ensure an optimal customer experience

  • Handling administrative processes accurately to ensure efficient and smooth operations

Job requirements

We expect:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally in the automotive sector

  • Work experience in vehicle management, logistics, or parts/accessories is an advantage

  • Enjoyment of customer interaction and professional communication with different stakeholders

  • Independent and structured way of working, with the ability to maintain overview in dynamic situations

  • Flexibility, solution-oriented thinking, and a hands-on mentality

  • Driving license category B (additional categories are a plus)

  • Good communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
