To continue our success, we are looking to strengthen our team. This team ensures that customers can put their purchased vehicles into operation as quickly as possible. You will join an ambitious team of experts in vehicle export to customers worldwide. Together, we solve a wide variety of challenges.

What will you do?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be in daily contact with both small and large customers from different countries. From our headquarters in Veghel, you are the first point of contact for customers and sales colleagues with questions about importing, exporting, transporting, and shipping vehicles.

You proactively approach customers to inform them about the progress of their order and ensure they are always up to date on the status of their purchase. You approve vehicles for transport and coordinate scheduling. You are the link between our various departments and the customer – in short, a highly versatile role!

Job requirements

Your profile

  • Completed MBO+ or HBO education;

  • HBO working and thinking level;

  • 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience;

  • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;

  • Knowledge of German is a strong plus – other languages are welcome too;

  • Strong communication skills, proactive, and accurate;

  • A true team player ready to grow together with us.
