Junior Account Manager

Are you a recent graduate or do you have a few years of work experience and want to kick-start your career in international sales?

Then this Junior Account Manager position at BAS Parts & Tyres might be just what you’re looking for!

You'll become part of our enthusiastic team focused on selling truck parts and tyres to our customers. Your daily work will involve customer contact by phone, email, chat, or via our website. You’ll advise customers on the right parts, prepare quotations, and ensure orders are followed up from A to Z.

In this role, you'll learn how to build strong relationships with transport companies, workshops, and garages. You'll receive solid guidance throughout the sales process but will also quickly get the chance to manage your own customer relationships and seize commercial opportunities. No worries — you won’t be doing it alone. We’ll provide a thorough onboarding process, on-the-job training, and coaching from your team leader and colleagues.

Your Specifications

• You have an vocational or bachelors degree, preferably in Commerce, Automotive, a technical field or related;

• You speak English and Dutch fluently, or another foreign language;

• You’re interested in trucks, technology, or sales — experience is a plus, but motivation matters more to us;

• You’re social, commercially minded, and energized by customer interaction;

• You enjoy developing yourself and achieving success together with your team.
