Job description

At BAS World, we continuously build smart and scalable systems to support our international growth. As a Junior SQL / Thinkwise Engineer, you contribute to the development and maintenance of our low-code applications on the Thinkwise platform.

You help translate business needs into technical solutions while developing your skills in data, applications, and process automation.

You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and business analysts, with plenty of room to learn and grow.

Your responsibilities

  • Writing and optimizing SQL queries (with guidance);

  • Supporting data modeling and application configuration;

  • Fixing bugs and implementing small improvements;

  • Assisting with deployments and testing;

  • Collaborating with developers and business stakeholders;

  • Supporting development and maintenance of Thinkwise applications.

Job requirements

Your specifications

  • You have basic knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures);

  • nterest in low-code development (Thinkwise is a plus);

  • Understanding of relational databases;

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;

  • Eager to learn and proactive mindset;

  • Experience with Git, REST APIs or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
