Job description
As Account Manager Truck Parts and Tyres German market, you will join our ambitious BAS Parts and Tyres team. You will be responsible for selling new and used truck parts to international customers, mostly in German speaking regions. Calling, emailing, enquiring via the website or chat; you will grab every opportunity to sell. You build, expand and maintain relationships with hauliers, workshops and garages. Once you have sold a part, you manage the process from sale to delivery. This might include following up on an order, preparing an invoice or shipping a package. To achieve this, you continuously work together with your colleagues from Stock Management, Sales Support and Transport.
What makes this role fun and challenging is that you are given the freedom and responsibility to run your own ‘business’. You are in the lead. On average, a Junior Salesperson sells for around half a million in the first year. Are you able to reach your targets easily and want more of a challenge? Then we will set bigger goals! You will join a dynamic and ambitious team of 12 direct colleagues. Your team leader is Roel, who has himself been working at BAS Parts for more than 8 years now. In total, BAS Parts has 40 colleagues. Lines of communication are short and we have an informal work environment. On Fridays, for instance, we end the week with a drink together.

Job requirements
Your specifications
You have completed an vocational or bachelors education in the direction of Automotive, Technology, Commerce or related;
Affinity with automotive technology, trucks, or truck parts – or eager to learn;
You speak English and German fluently, if you speak Dutch that is a plus;
You have strong communication skills and are easy to talk to;
You have a service-oriented attitude and always think along with the customer.
