Job description
At BAS World, our focus is on global, swift trade. As an Account Manager, your role involves selling trucks, trailers, machinery, and commercial vehicles, primarily to Polish customers. You also serve as the initial point of contact for potential international clients. Given our strong customer base, your focus on acquisition is relatively low, with most clients physically visiting us for the first time. Your responsibilities include building a trusted business relationship, negotiating prices, and finalizing sales contracts. You provide customer support by offering a comprehensive package covering maintenance, tires, fuel, transportation, and/or shipping, to help the customer with a complete solution tailored to their needs.
You organize your day as efficiently as possible, identifying opportunities and making informed decisions about where to invest your time. International trade in trucks, trailers, machinery, and commercial vehicles involves various complexities, such as import restrictions, bank compliance, regulations, and local market preferences. You ensure you master this knowledge, overseeing each order smoothly. Your experienced sales colleagues are always ready to assist, and you consistently manage expectations, offering honest insights to your relationships.
You will join an international and motivated team of around 30 colleagues, led by an experienced salesperson with years of experience at BAS. This leader knows the business, practices, and is there to support and coach the team in daily activities. This collaborative environment makes for a healthy competitive environment. Each week starts anew, concluding with a Friday afternoon gathering to discuss the week.

Your specifications
Affinity with the Automotive industry;
Fluent proficiency in Polish. Additionally, you speak Dutch and/or English;
Your clients range from freelancers to directors of large multinationals. You adapt your communication effortlessly and fearlessly engage in negotiations with anyone;
