Job description

At BAS World, you will be joining the Sales department at our modern headquarters in Veghel. Your department consists of 30 sales professionals who all share the same goal: selling as many trucks, machines, trailers, and light commercial vehicles as possible, along with all associated services such as transport, shipping, maintenance, tyres, and much more! Every year, we buy and sell around 15,000 units worldwide. That’s a lot — and with your arrival, it’ll be even more.

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for selling trucks and machines mainly to Spanish customers. You are the point of contact for our international clients — both for those visiting our headquarters in Veghel and for customers who reach out to us by phone or email.

In addition to generating new business, you also maintain strong relationships with existing clients. You answer technical questions, negotiate prices, prepare quotes, and finalize sales contracts. You act as a trusted partner by thinking along with clients, offering solutions, and providing excellent personal service. You also drive revenue growth and upselling and follow up on corresponding sales and marketing activities.

Your specifications

  • You speak good Spanish or Portuguese, as well as Dutch and/or English;

  • You live in the Veghel area or are willing to relocate;

  • You are available full-time;

  • You present yourself as the perfect representative of our company, are service-oriented, and have strong communication skills;

  • You are proactive, spot opportunities, and seize them with both hands.
